About Klariti

This website is operated by Klariti Training Limited, a UK-based training provider specialising in Microsoft 365, workplace productivity and virtual delivery training.

Website information

We aim to ensure that information on our website is accurate and up to date. From time to time, we may need to make reasonable changes to training content, course descriptions, dates or delivery arrangements.

Microsoft 365 and other software products are continually updated, so features demonstrated during training may vary depending on the software version being used.

Prices

Prices displayed for public training sessions are the total price payable unless otherwise stated.

Group bookings, private training and training designed specifically for an organisation will be priced separately and confirmed in a quotation.

Workplace Productivity Masterclasses

Bookings for Workplace Productivity Masterclasses are subject to our Masterclass Booking & Cancellation Policy.

Please check the Masterclass description, date and time carefully before making a booking.

Organisational and bespoke training

Training delivered privately for organisations may be subject to separate arrangements covering content, participant numbers, dates, pricing, cancellation and delivery.

These will be agreed with the organisation as part of the quotation and booking process.

Accredited Virtual IT Trainer (AVIT)

AVIT combines live online training with practical assessment.

Attendance at the live programme does not automatically result in accreditation. Participants must successfully complete the required assessment to achieve Accredited Virtual IT Trainer (AVIT) status and receive the associated certificate and digital badge.

Training materials and copyright

Training materials provided by Klariti Training Limited are protected by copyright.

Materials supplied as part of an individual booking are provided for the personal use of the registered participant.

They must not be copied, reproduced, distributed, shared with others, resold or used to provide training to others without the prior written permission of Klariti Training Limited.

Recording training sessions

Participants must not record, screen-record, photograph or otherwise reproduce a Klariti training session, or any part of a session, without prior written permission from Klariti Training Limited.

Workplace Productivity Masterclasses are delivered live and are not recorded by Klariti.

Third-party services

We may use third-party services such as online booking, payment and virtual meeting platforms to administer and deliver our training.

Where you use a third-party service, its own terms and privacy arrangements may also apply.

Our website may also contain links to third-party websites. Klariti Training Limited is not responsible for the content or availability of external websites.

Use of training information

Our training is provided for learning and professional development purposes. Participants are responsible for deciding how to apply the techniques and information covered during training within their own workplace, systems and documents.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
