Can anyone who is good at IT run a virtual IT training session?
Delivering IT training sessions virtually presents very different challenges to delivering more traditional ‘soft’ skills. If we’re not careful IT training can be viewed as boring, when in fact it should be exciting with the transfer of existing or new technologies and features.
Delivering high quality IT virtual training sessions is an art in itself and brings the business a wealth of benefits, such as enhanced productivity, improved employee competence/confidence, cost efficiency, reduced error rates, employee satisfaction, regulatory compliance and even enhanced security.

Upon successful completion participants will be equipped with the skills and knowledge necessary to effectively design, deliver and manage IT training sessions in a virtual environment.
Participants will be able to enhance learner engagement, ensuring knowledge transfer using creative and professional techniques and thereby delivering enjoyable and fulfilling IT training for the business, themselves and the learners.
Following attendance at the 3 live events,
participants will be required to complete 1 assessment questionnaire and submit PowerPoint slides for a short 30 minute virtual IT training event.
These will need to be completed within 4 weeks from the course completion at a date provided by the course facilitator.
If both assessments are achieved, an AVIT certification and digital badge will be issued for sharing on LinkedIn.
A CPD certificate will also be issued with this equating to 6.5 CPD hours.
All sessions will be delivered live via MS Teams or Zoom.
Each session will consist of a combination of presentations, discussions, interactive activities and Q&A sessions to engage participants and reinforce learning objectives. Participants will have access to the Klariti Learning Hub with course materials and resources for ongoing learning and support for 2 months after their training event.
