Klariti Training Limited is committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal information responsibly in accordance with UK data protection law.

Information we collect

We may collect personal information when you contact us, make an enquiry, book a Masterclass or participate in one of our training programmes.

This may include your name, email address, organisation and information relating to your booking, attendance or training.

How we use your information

We use your personal information to respond to enquiries, administer bookings, provide joining information, deliver training and send any materials or certificates associated with the session you have attended.

We do not add Masterclass attendees to a mailing list or use their contact details to promote other training sessions.

Booking and training providers

We use third-party services to help us administer and deliver our online training.

Masterclass bookings are processed through Ticket Tailor, payments are processed securely through Stripe, and live online sessions are delivered using Zoom. These services may process personal information as part of the booking, payment and delivery process and operate under their own privacy policies.

How long we keep your information

Contact form enquiries are retained only for as long as necessary to respond to and deal with your enquiry.

Personal details relating to Masterclass attendance are retained for up to 12 months. After this time, names and email addresses are removed and only anonymised attendance statistics are retained.

Copies of Certificates of Attendance are not retained, although we may retain a record that a certificate has been issued.

Records relating to participation, assessment and accreditation for the Accredited Virtual IT Trainer (AVIT) programme are retained for up to two years.

Sharing your information

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Information may be shared with service providers where this is necessary to administer bookings, process payments or deliver our services, including Ticket Tailor, Stripe and Zoom.

Klariti Training Limited does not receive or store your full payment card details. 

Cookies and website information

Our website may use cookies and similar technologies to enable the website to function and understand how visitors use the site.

Where consent is required for non-essential cookies, you will be given the opportunity to manage your cookie preferences.

Your rights
