Choose the Masterclass you'd like to attend, select an available date and follow the Book Now link to complete your registration. Bookings are made through Ticket Tailor with payments taken securely through Stripe . Once your booking is complete, you'll receive a confirmation email.

Yes. Prices shown for public Masterclass bookings include VAT, so the price displayed is the total amount you pay. 

Please note the payment will show on your credit card bill as 'Klariti Training Ltd' or 'klariti.co'.

Yes. Each Masterclass is booked separately, so you're welcome to attend as many sessions as you wish. 

Yes, group rates are available for organisations wishing to book several places. Please contact us for a group quotation. 

Yes. Masterclasses can also be delivered privately for teams and organisations. Contact us to discuss your requirements and request a quotation. 

If you're unable to attend, unfortunately we are unable to provide a refund or transfer the booking another date. Please ensure you are available before completing your booking.

Masterclass bookings are made for a specific date and time and unfortunately can't be moved to another session. Please check that you're available before completing your booking. 

Places are registered to the person named when the booking is made, so unfortunately they can't be passed or transferred to someone else. 

Yes, in the rare situation that Klariti Training Ltd has to cancel an event then full refunds will be made.

Masterclass Booking & Cancellation Policy

You’ll receive your confirmation email with the Zoom link as soon as your booking is completed on Ticket Tailor. The session will be available to join 10 minutes before the start time.

Masterclasses are delivered live online using Zoom.

No. You don't need a Zoom account to attend a Masterclass. Simply use the joining link provided in your confirmation email.

A computer or laptop with a reliable internet connection and audio is recommended. Headphones or a headset can be useful, particularly if you're joining from a shared environment. 

You may be able to join from a mobile device, using the Zoom app,  but we recommend using a computer or laptop. The Masterclasses include live demonstrations and you'll get much more from the session on a larger screen. 

You don't need a specific version of Microsoft 365 to attend. However, some Masterclasses demonstrate features available in the latest versions of Microsoft 365, so the features available to you may vary depending on the version you're using. 

 Each Workplace Productivity Masterclass is a focused 60-minute live online session. 

Participation is encouraged, but you won't be put on the spot. There will be opportunities to contribute, respond to questions and use Zoom chat, but you're welcome to participate at a level you're comfortable with. 

The Masterclasses are demonstration-led, so you can focus on watching how the techniques work rather than trying to complete each step at the same time. There will be opportunities to participate, ask questions and discuss the techniques throughout the session, and you can put what you've learned into practice afterwards using your Companion Guide and 7-Day Productivity Challenge. 

 No. You don't need to have your camera on to attend a Masterclass. 

Yes. Questions are welcome throughout the Masterclass using Zoom chat and there will also be time for a Q&A at the end of the session should you wish to remain on the session after it has finished.

Masterclass places are deliberately limited to keep the sessions focused and allow opportunities for questions and interaction.

The FREE online Productivity Insights 30 minute events may have more attendees.

No. Masterclasses are delivered live and are not recorded. This helps create a more comfortable environment for participation, questions and discussion. 

Your paid Masterclass includes a Masterclass Companion Guide, 7-Day Productivity Challenge and Certificate of Attendance. 

A practical reference guide covering the key techniques from the session, so you can revisit what you've learned when you need it. 

Simple follow-up activities designed to encourage you to put what you've learned into practice in your own workplace over the following week. 

Yes. You'll receive a PDF Certificate of Attendance confirming your attendance at the Workplace Productivity Masterclass. 

No. These 30-minute sessions are completely free to attend, although advance booking is required. 

Yes. Advance booking is required to attend a FREE Live Online Workplace Productivity Insights session 

Each session lasts 30 minutes. 

FREE Live Online Sessions provide a short introduction to practical Microsoft features and techniques. Paid Masterclasses are focused 60-minute sessions that explore a specific workplace challenge in greater depth and include a Masterclass Companion Guide, 7-Day Productivity Challenge and Certificate of Attendance.
