Masterclass Booking & Cancellation Policy

Bookings

Bookings are made for the specific Masterclass, date and time selected at the time of booking. Please check that you are able to attend before completing your booking.

Cancellations and refunds

Masterclass bookings are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend your booked session, a refund cannot be provided and your booking cannot be moved to another date. 

Transferring your place

Masterclass places are registered to the person named on the booking and cannot be transferred to another person.

Non-attendance

If you are unable to attend or do not join the Masterclass, no refund or alternative session will be provided. 

Cancellation by Klariti

In the unlikely event that Klariti Training Ltd needs to cancel a Masterclass, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid.

There is no minimum number of attendees required for a scheduled Masterclass to run.
